After 28 successful years at TCT Tesic GmbH, founder and managing director, Zoran Tesic, is beginning his well-deserved retirement.
In order to secure the future and continuation of his company, a redesign and realignment was necessary.
The "Foundry Service" division, with a focus on induction furnace repair and maintenance, was sold to extrutec GmbH with effect from December 31, 2020, which in turn founded a subsidiary company called TCT Induktionstechnik GmbH. All previous services are carried out at the same location with the usual care and quality. In addition, TCT Induktionstechnik GmbH will also offer system technology as well as service and repair services of inductively heated block heating systems. All employees were taken over. Zoran Tesic knows that this part of his life's work is in the best of hands.
The actual core business of TCT Tesic GmbH will remain. This means that the "Foundry Marketing" division, with a focus on the marketing, relocation, dismantling and assembly of used foundry equipment and the liquidation of foundries, will continue its operation. Mr. Tesic sen. has handed it into the hands of his son, Darko Tesic, who joined the company in 2011. As the new managing director, he will successfully lead TCT Tesic GmbH into the future with fresh ideas and concepts. Mr. Tesic sen. will continue as consultant to his son.
The corporate culture of TCT Tesic GmbH lives on, will develop further and adapt to the changed market situation. Stay tuned!
