Suzhou Jincheng Precision Die Casting Co., Ltd is a joint venture of a Suzhou Group and Singapore investor with a total investment of US $ 42 million.
Specialized in high-pressure Aluminum die casting, CNC precision machining, and mechanical assembly in Automotive, Telecommunication, as well as other industries, JCPD's mission is to use its latest technology, advanced equipment, and management to provide the best service to all customers.
The 60,000 m² factory has a staff of 860 employees, with senior engineers and skilled design, project, tooling, and programming engineers making up 1/10 of the company’s workforce.
28 high pressure die casting machines with tonnage ranging from 180 to 2500 Tons (annual production capability approx. 15000 – 20000 Tons) and 200 CNC machines and CNC turning machines are included in the facility’s equipment.
JCPD is located in Taiping Industrial Park, Suzhou, with a total property size of 35000 m². It implements the latest technology, facilities, and quality assurance with the support of a strong and experienced team of senior and R&D engineers, and implements ISO9001:2000, ISO/TS16949:2002 and ISO14001:2004(BVQI), proving its commitment towards quality.
