Sogemi has recently arranged and successfully commissioned a new complete No-Bake moulding line at Termotron’s premises in Briansk.
Termotron is one of the main producers of electromechanical devices and power equipments (power generators, transformers etc…).
The installation is composed of a moulding line for moulds with dimensions 1500x1200x500 for a production of 15 complete moulds per hour, an automatic painting system, a coupling system, an automatic line for pouring and cooling, a shakeout plant and a sand complete reclamation system.
Thanks to this new moulding plant, Termotron reached high productivity and quality standards.
