Our mobile Cobot caterpillar with Meltio laser wire head will be on display. With this technological HighEnd solution the production of nearly all geometries is possible. Depending on design and material, build-up rates of up to 400 cm³/h and wall thicknesses from 1.2 mm can currently be realized. Very fine and dense structures guarantee pore-free and gas-tight microstructures, which in some cases even exceed the required technological properties.
Furthermore, this solution offers the possibility to process two different materials by embedded wire feeders.
