iCast EVO is a Web App developed by Motultech Baraldi to evaluate in economic terms the advantages that can be obtained with a lubrication cycle optimization test. It is in fact possible to simulate in advance a possible "scenario" of a lubrication cycle optimization test and then create a report with the related economic benefits that can be obtained. iCast EVO is part of our "DLO Die Lubricant Optimization" project, which through its "4 steps for best results" testifies our commitment to sustainability and the reduction of the carbon footprint of the diecasting process.
The simulation allows you to explore different approaches to the lubrication cycle to understand any advantages and / or limitations, and then be able to test the best. Once tested, iCast EVO creates a customized report with the annual economic benefits, using the real data obtained. iCast EVO allows a comparison of the current cost of the lubrication cycle with several others according to:
- a) different % dilution of the lubricant
- b) different price / kg of the lubricant
- c) different quantities sprayed at each lubrication cycle
